Yasmeen they look so good. The buns have got the perfect shape and it's so droolworthy. Somehow I have not tried using yeast yet. But I want to try these buns.

Reg. YRR, the concept is cooking a non rice main dish from another blog. Thanks for your interest in participating in it. Hope you send another entry this month or next month.

I know how good they can be. A friend used to make them and I started baking bread with those buns.:)

hi- this recipe looks great. i've tried making the dough twice though & am wondering if I'm missing something- too much flour? too little liquid? the dough isn't rising. we did leave the chilies out- would that make such a difference? the dough was so dry we added a 1/4th cup more warm water after mixing all the ingreds together...it still didn't rise much after over an hour. we live in NYC- not high alt. hm...
Wow! this is so mouth-watering! I loved the recipe, as I followed each of your step and it turned out perfectly delicious. Can I know that it is only veg or I can try this by stuffing chicken or some non-veg stuff?
