The highlight of the recipe are sorghum flour (juwar) and finger millet flour (ragi) ,both totally gluten-free and highly nutritious ,has good source of anti oxidants ,iron ,protein and fiber. Both can also help fight inflammation ,diabetes ,cancer and heart disease.
If you can't find either of the flour ,you can definitely make the porridge with just one of the flour either Sorghum or finger millet.
